We’re happy to announce that in addition to our lower Westchester rout, we now have the pleasure of adding Katonah, and some surrounding areas for our pick-up and delivery services. If you’re not sure if we service your area, please call us at

Getting Home Delivery Is As Easy As 1. 2. 3.
Step 1.
You can start two ways. To sign up online, click the delivery truck and fill out the online form to have somebody contact you for your pick-up dates. Or call us to schedule a pick-up at914.301.5628 and we will inform you on the days that we are in your area. For pick-up customers only, you will receive a personalized laundry bag for you to put your garments in. This bag will be tagged with your information and is your free gift from us just for signing up.
Step 2.

On the days you have a pick up, please call us to let us know (regular weekly customers will not have to call each week). Place your garments in your personalized laundry bag. To better serve you, place a note in the bag describing the bags contents. Please include in the note, any stains that need to be addressed (be specific as to which garment and the location of each stain.) Stain stickers are available for purchase for $7 a role. Each role has 1000 stickers for you to mark your garments(do not place stain stickers on delicates such as silk, cashmere, or suede materials, for it will be hard to get the stickers off). We suggest that you leave the bag in a weather sheltered location so cloths are not effected by the elements.

When we receive the bag, we will cross reference the contents with your note to make sure all garments are accounted for before processing. Please also include in your note the best possible phone number to reach you in case we need to contact you immediately regarding your garments.
Please Note: We do not clean damaged garments unless you OK them to be cleaned in your note. If we find a damaged garment (ex. holes, fading, rips, button loss etc…) that is not specified in your note, we will contact you immediately for approval. If we are unable to reach you, we will leave you a message describing what we found and will await owners OK, before garment is cleaned. The faster we are able to contact you regarding such a matter , the more likely we be able to have your garments back to you on time.
Step 3. 
On your scheduled delivery dates, your fresh green cleaned garments will be delivered to you, and placed where you specify (ex. front door, back patio, inside garage, etc…) Again we suggest a weather sheltered location. Or, at customers request, we can gladly hang your garments in your closet for you (someone would have to be home to accompany driver for this option).
For Payment:
We require a credit card upon sign up. Your garments will be billed on the day you receive them, not before. We suggest that you call us with your credit card info rather then sending it over the net for your protection.

We run a 2008 Dodge Sprinter Extended Roof Cargo Van. We especially chose this van for it’s high roof feature, so you never have to worry about your fresh cleaned garments dragging on the floor when they are being delivered. We have over a 6 foot clearance which is high enough for all your long garments especially your household drapes, bedding, dresses & gowns.
